To complete the course registration, you should pay the tuition within two working days upon submission of the Application Form.
In the Application Form, you are required to provide your HKID/valid identification document number and membership number (if applicable) for verification purpose. No certificate will be issued if any of the information is not provided.
Upon completion of the Application Form, you should pay the tuition fee either by Payment by Phone Service (PPS) or online using VISA/MasterCard/UnionPay. Please note that fees once paid are not refundable or transferable to another semester or for other use.
Once your application is accepted, you will receive the relevant information (e.g. account login information, email account, etc.) in about ten working days.
You must provide the University with the personal data required on the Application Form. If you do not provide the data requested, the University may not be able to process your application. The University will keep such data confidential but may need to transfer data to third parties assisting the University with the admission exercise. In the event that your application is successful, your personal data will be transferred to your student file established by the University and used for the purposes of student and University administration. You have the right to ascertain whether the University holds your personal data, to obtain a copy of such personal data and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Data access and/or correction requests should be made in writing and addressed to the Data Protection Officer at fax number (852) 2392 9132 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
